Abstract

1. Procedimiento para la obtención de dispersiones acuosas de poliacrilato con fluidez mejorada mediante polimerización en emulsión acuosa de acrilatos y/o metacrilatos de alcanoles contenido 1 a 10 átomos de carbono con 0 hasta 50% en peso de estireno y/o 0 hasta 20% en peso de ésteres vinílicos y/o 0 hasta 10% en peso de comonómeros hidrosolubles, monoolefínicamente insaturados, introduciendo los monómeros en forma de emulsión a 30 hasta 95ºC en presencia de los iniciadores de polimerización usuales, formadores de radicales, y en presencia de 0,01 hasta 2% en peso de coloides protectores, 0,5 hasta 5% en peso de emulsificantes no iónicos y 0,05 hasta 5% en peso de reguladores, refiriéndose los por cientes en peso en cada caso a la cantidad total de monómeros, caracterizado porque (a) se presenta al menos una parte del coloide protector en una fase acuosa que contiene una reducida parte de los monómeros, (b) se usa un regulador hidrosoluble tanto en la preparación presentada como en la entrada.
