Abstract
Compuestos que contienen dos átomos de carbono asimétricos de manera que en principio pueden formar dos series diastereomeros. La presente invención se refiere tan sólo a aquellos compuestos, en los cuales ambos anillos están unidos entre si en la posición cis. Los nuevos compuestos se pueden obtener tanto en forma de racematos como de antipodas. Para la reducción de los compuestos se necesitan fuertes agentes reductores, tales como diborano o, preferiblemente, hidruro de litio-aluminio. Como disolventes se prestan sobre todo el tetrahidrofurano, dimetoxietano, dioxano y los éteres.
