Abstract
Esta invención proporciona un procedimiento para preparar 1- hidroxi-3-substituidos-tetrahidro y hexahidro-dibenzo [b,d]- piranos, que tienen un grupo amino o un derivado amino en la posición 9, útiles como analgésicos, antidepresivos, agentes contra la ansiedad, agentes hipotensores e intermediarios. Se proporcionan formulaciones farmacéuticas que contienen dichas derivados 9-amino, así como también un método para tratar la hipertensión.
