METODO PARA LA PROPAGACION <<IN VITRO>> DE PARASITOS DE <<BABESIA>> Y PARASITOS HEMOTROPICOS POR INCUBACION EN UN MEDIO DE CULTIVO QUE CONTIENE CELULAS HUESPED DE EXITROCITOS. CONSISTE EN SUMINISTRAR AL MEDIO DE CULTIVO ENTRE UN 25 Y UN 55 POR 100 DE SUERO DESFIBRINIZADO Y EN LLEVAR A CABO A CONTINUACION UN PROCESO DE INCUBACION EN PRESENCIA DE UNA ATMOSFERA CONTROLADA QUE CONTIENE DE UN 3 A UN 7 POR 100 DE BIOXIDO DE CARBONO Y BAJO CONDICIONES DE TENSION REDUCIDA DE OXIGENO EN LOS ERITROCITOS INFECTADOS COMO RESULTADO DE MANTENER LA HEMOGLOBINA ERITROCITICA EN SU ESTADO DESOXI. LA INCUBACION SE REALIZA A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 35 Y 38GC Y PUEDE TENER LUGAR ESTATICAMENTE.
