PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE UN REACTIVO DE LATEX PARA LA DETECCION Y LA DETERMINACION DE PROTEINAS Y PEPTIDOS CLONICAMENTE RELEVANTES CON METODOS NEFELOMETRICOS O TUBIRDIMETRICOS. SE HACE REACCIONAR UNA SUSPENSION DE PARTICULAS DE LATEX DE APROXIMADAMENTE 0,1 HASTA 0,35 UM DE DIAMETRO CON UNA CANTIDAD EN PESO MULTIPLICADA POR UN FACTOR DE APROXIMADAMENTE 0,6 HASTA 3,3 DE UN ANTIGENO O ANTICUERPO. SE MEZCLA ESTA SUSPENSION CON OTRA DE PARTICULAS DE LATEX TAMBIEN, SIENDO EL TAMAÑO DE LAS PARTICULAS DE 0,5 A 2 UM, QUE ESTAN CARGADAS CON UNA CANTIDAD MULTIPLICADA POR UN FACTOR DE ALREDEDOR DE 0,1 DEL MISMO ANTIGENO O ENTICUERPO EN LA PROPORCION DE APROXIMADAMENTE 4 : 1 HASTA 1 : 2. EVENTUALMENTE SE TRATA CON ULTRASONIDOS Y SE DEJA REPOSAR.
