Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE ACIDOS 5-SULFAMOILORTANILICOS DE FORMULA (I), EN QUE R ES ALCOHOLICO, ALQUENILO, CICLOALCOHILO O CICLOALCOHILALCOHILO, Y AR FENILO, TIENILO O FURILO. SE HACE REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (III), EN QUE X ES HALOGENO, CON UNA AMINA DE FORMULA (III) EN UNA SOLUCION ORGANICA MUY POLAR, COMO DISOLVENTE, Y, OPCIONALMENTE, EN RPRESENCIA DE UN FIJADOR DE ACIDOS. LA REACCION S EFECTUA A TEMPERATURA DE 80-100 C, SIENDO X FLUOR, O DE 120-140 C, SIENDO X CLORO. LA AMINA EN EXCESO Y LOS DISOLVENTES SE SEPARAN POR DESTILACION. SE TRATA EL RESIDUO CON AGUA Y SE PURIFICA POR RECRISTALIZACION EN ALCOHOLES ACUOSOS. SE USAN EN FORMA DE SALES SODICAS O POTASICAS, EN PREPARADOS FARMACEUTICOS COMO AGENTES SALIDIURETICOS.
