PROCEDIMIENTO DE FABRICACION DE BORDADOS, PUNTILLAS Y SIMILARES EN PLASTICOS. CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES FASES: 1. GRABACION EN HUECO-GRABADO DE UNA PLANCHA METALICA CON EL DISEÑO A OBTENER. 2. RECUBRIMIENTO DE TODA LA SUPERFICIE CON UN PLASTISOL EN UN COMPUESTO DE UN POLIMERO DE VINILO CON PLASTIFICANTES, ESTABILIZADORES, PIGMENTOS Y CARGAS. 3. APLICACION DIRECTA A TODA LA PLANCHA POR MEDIO DE UNA PISTOLA DE AIRE A PRESION DE UNA SEGUNDA CAPA DE UN COMPUESTO DE PLASTISOL O DE UN ORGANASOL. 4. SECADO Y GELIFICACION, DESPRENDIENDO DE LA CAPA GRABADA EL PRODUCTO RESULTANTE UNA VEZ SOLIDIFICADO.
