Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA ELIMINACION DEL AGUA DE LA MASA DE REACCION EN EL PROCESO DE ACIDO MIXTO PARA LA NITRACION DE HIDROCARBUROS AROMATICOS. EN UN REACTOR SE AÑADE ACIDO SULFURICO AL 60-70 POR 100, AL HIDROCARBURO AROMATICO NITRADO, QUE PUEDE SER BENCENO, TOLUENO O CLOROBENCENO, EN UNA RELACION EN PESO DE ACIDO/HIDROCARBURO DE 50-60/40-50. SE HACEN PASAR EN FORMA CONTINUA HIDROCARBURO AROMATICO Y ACIDO NITRICO PARA FORMAR UNA MASA DE REACCION QUE TIENE UNA FASE ACUOSA Y UNA FASE ORGANICA. SE ALIMENTA AL REACTOR CON UN GAS INERTE A LA REACCION DE NITRACION Y CON LA MENOR CANTIDAD POSIBLE DE OXIGENO. ESTE GAS ATRAVIESA LA MASA DE REACCION, SE HUMEDECE CON EL AGUA DE LA MASA Y SALE DEL REACTOR. PASA LA CORRIENTE DE GAS A UN CONDENSADOR EN DONDE TRAS LA CONDESACION SE DESCARTA LA FASE ACUOSA, RECICLANDOSE LA FASE ORGANICA.
