CONSISTE EN MANTENER LA PRESION EN EL SISTEMA DE SINTERIZACION A UN VALOR INFERIOR A LA PRESION ATMOSFERICA Y EN SUMINISTRAR GAS MONOXIDO DE CARBONO AL HORNO EN UNA CANTIDAD QUE DEPENDE DEL PROGRESO DE LA SINTERIZACION, CONTROLANDO LA RELACION ENTRE LA PRESION PARCIAL DEL DIOXIDO DE CARBONO Y LA PRESION DE MONOXIDO DE CARBONO, AL OBJETO DE ACELERAR LA SINTERIZACION Y LA REDUCCION DEL MONOXIDO. EN LA ULTIMA PARTE DE LA SINTERIZACION SE SUMINISTRA GAS NITROGENO, GAS AMONIACO DESCOMPUESTO O UNA CANTIDAD MINIMA DE GAS HIDROCARBURO.
