CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE UNA HALOAMINOPIRIDINA DE FORMULA (II) CON UNA (AMINOFENIL)-ARILMETANONA DE FORMULA (III), EN LAS QUE HALO ES HALOGENO Y AR, Y Y Z TIENEN EL MISMO SIGNIFICADO QUE EN LA FORMULA (I), A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 170 C Y 200 C DURANTE 1 A 1,5 HORAS, TIEMPO MAS CORTO QUE EL REQUERIDO PARA LA CICLISACION A LA PIRIDOBENZOIDIAZEPINA.
