SE EFECTUA UNA ELIMINACION DEL CARACTER TOXICO DE BACTERIAS BRUCELLA ABORTUS ENTERAS, SE RECOGE LA FRACCION SOLIDA OBTENIDA, SE SOMETE ESA FRACCION, PREVIAMENTE DESECADA, A UNA EXTRACCION CON FENOL, PRINCIPALMENTE CON FENOL SATURADO DE AGUA Y A UNA TEMPERATURA DEL ORDEN DE 60 C Y LUEGO SE LAVA EL PRODUCTO FINAL PURIFICADO Y SE FILTRA, PREPARANDO A PARTIR DE ESE PRODUCTO UNA SUSPENSION HOMOGENEIZADA Y ESTERILIZADA. EL CARACTER TOXICO SE ELIMINA EN UNA MEZCLA DE ALCOHOL-ETER.
