PROCEDIMIENTO Y DISPOSITIVO PARA EL SECADO DE UN PRODUCTO HUMEDO QUE CONTIENE UNA SAL SOLUBLE, PARTICULARMENTE UNA SAL POTASICA. EL PRODUCTO HUMEDO SE CALIENTA MEDIANTE LA CONDENSACION DE UNA PARTE DEL VAPOR DE ESCAPE DEL SECADERO DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO (F). POSTERIORMENTE SE ALIMENTA DICHO PRODUCTO HUMEDO CALENTADO AL CITADO SECADERO DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO CON CIRCUITO DE VAPOR CERRADO, ATRAVESANDO AL SECADERO EN ESTADO FLUIDIZADO. SE MANTIENE EN SUSPENSION MEDIANTE EL VAPOR ALIMENTADO AL SECADERO POR EL CONDUCTO (25) SECANDOSE SIMULTANEAMENTE Y ABANDONANDO EL SECADERO COMO PRODUCTO SECO. EL VAPOR QUE PRECALIENTA AL PRODUCTO HUMEDO SE EXTRAE A TRAVES DEL CONDUCTO (27), ATRAVIESA UN SEPARADOR DE POLVO (S), UN VENTILADOR (V) Y SE RECICLA NUEVAMENTE HASTA EL CONDUCTO DE ALIMENTACION (25), DE MANERA QUE SE FORMA UN CIRCUITO CERRADO DE VAPOR.
