Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR SESQUIHIDRATO DE ACIDO 1-ETIL-6-FLUORO-1,4-DIHIDRO-4-OXO-7-(1-PIPERAZINIL)-1,8-NAFTIRIDIN- -3-CARBOXILICO CRISTALIZADO. CONSISTE EN CALENTAR UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE ACIDO 1-ETIL-6-FLUORO-1,4-DIHIDRO-4-OXO-7-(1-PIPERAZINIL)-1,8-NAFTIRIDIN- -3-CARBOXILICO O SU ANHIDRATO O TRIHIDRATO, EN PRESENCIA DE AGUA O VAPOR DE AGUA, EN UNA CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA FORMAR EL SESQUIHIDRATO CRISTALIZADO. LA OPERACION DE CALENTAMIENTO HA DE REALIZARSE A UNA TEMPERATURA APROXIMADA DE 60 GRADOS Y DURANTE EL TIEMPO NECESARIO PARA LA FORMACION DEL SESQUIHIDRATO CRISTALIZADO. OPCIONALMENTE EL SESQUIHIDRATO OBTENIDO SE SOMETE A UN PROCESO DE SECADO PARA ELIMINAR EL AGUA ADHERIDA. DE APLICACION EN FARMACIA COMO AGENTE QUIMIOTERAPEUTICO.
