Abstract
UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE GLUTATION. CONSISTE EN CULTIVAR UNA CEPA MUTANTE DEL GENERO ESCHERICHIA QUE ES: A) ACTIVA SOBRE UN SISTEMA ENZIMATICO DE GAMMA-GLUTAMIL-L-CISTERINA-SINTETAZA Y GLUTATION-SINTETASA, Y CAPAZ DE DESPRENDER DICHO PRIMER ENZIMA DE LA INHIBICION POR GLUTATION. B) DERIVADA DE UNA CEPA MADRE QUE TAMBIEN ES ACTIVA SOBRE DICHO SISTEMA. C) INTEGRADA CON UN ADN CROMOSOMICO DE UNA CEPA EXTRAÑA DEL GENERO ESCHERICHIA QUE IMPLICA LA INFORMACION GENETICA SOBRE DICHO PRIMER ENZIMA. D) LA CEPA TIENE LAS MISMAS CARACTERISTICAS ENZIMATICAS DEFINIDAS, EN UN MEDIO PARA ACUMULAR GLUTATION EN EL CALDO CULTIVADO Y RECUPERAR EL GLUTATION A PARTIR DE LA MISMA.
