Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PAR LA OBTENCION DE 4-(3-METIL-2-BUTENIL)-1,2-DIFENIL-3,5-DIOXOPIRAZOLIDINA. CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE ACETATO DE 3-METIL-2-BUTENILO CON UNA SAL ALCALINA DE 1,2-DIFENIL-3,5-DIOXOPIRAZOLIDINA. LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO INERTE, EN PRESENCIA DE UN COMPLEJO DE PALADIO COMO CATALIZADOR Y UN LIGANDO, TAL COMO TRIFENILFOSFINA, 1,2-(BIS-DIFENILFOSFINOETANO) O HEXAMETILFOSFOROTRIAMIDA, A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 20 C Y 70 C. ESTOS COMPUESTOS TIENEN APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE ENFERMEDADS INFLAMATORIAS, EN PARTICULAR ESTADOS REUMATICOS Y ARTRITICOS.
