SE PREPARA UN EXTRACTO DE LAS CELULAS DE LEVADURA. SE PURIFICA EL ANTIGENO SUPERFICIAL DE LA HEPATITIS B DEL EXTRACTO. OPCIONALMENTE SE PREPARA UNA VACUNA POR ADICION DEL ANTIGENO SUPERFICIAL DE LA HEPATITIS B SINTETIZADO POR LA LEVADURA A UN MEDIO FISIOLOGICAMENTE ACEPTABLE.
