Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE DERIVADOS DE PIRIDINA DE FORMULA (I) EN LA QUE X, Y, R, R Y R PUEDEN SER VARIOS TIPOS DE RADICALES. CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE OXIDACION DE DERIVADOS DE 1,4-DIHIDROPIRIDINA, DE FORMULA (II), EN LA QUE TODOS LOS SIMBOLOS TIENEN EL MISMO SIGNIFICADO QUE EN LA FORMULA (I). LA OXIDACION SE LLEVA A CABO CON UNO DE DIVERSOS AGENTES OXIDANTES, O MEDIANTE OXIDACION ANODICA, EN UN DISOLVENTE INERTE, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 0º Y 200º. ESTOS COMPUESTOS TIENEN APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE TRANSTORNOS EN EL SISTEMANERVIOSO CENTRAL.
