COMPRENDE: A) TRATAR A LA SUSPENSION DE AMOXICILINA TRIHIDRATO CON UNA BASE ORGANICA ELEGIDA ENTRE DIETILAMINA Y TRIETILAMINA, EN UNA MEZCLA DE DISOLVENTES FORMADA POR UN ALCOHOL DE BAJO PESO MOLECULAR (METANOL O N-BUTANOL) Y POR UN HIDROCARBURO HALOGENADO (CLORURO DE METILENO O 1,2-DICLOROETANO); B) AÑADIR A LA MEZCLA DE REACCION DE A) SODIO OXALACETATO DE DIETILO, CON AGITACION Y ENTRE 2 Y 15JC; Y C) TRATAR A LA SOLUCION DE B) CON METILETILCETONA O ALCOHOL ISOPROPILICO, PARA PRECIPITAR AMOXICILINA SODICA QUE SE AISLA DE LA SOLUCION POR FILTRACION.
