CONSISTE EN PONER EN UNA MEZCLA REACTIVA UN PRIMER LIGANTE CON UN SEGUNDO LIGANTE, QUE SE ENLAZA COVALENTEMENTE A UNA MARCA PROTEINICA ELEGIDA ENTRE PROTEINAS DERIVADAS DE COELEUTERATO, LUCIFERASA O APOFOTOPROTEINAS, PARA FORMAR UN COMPLEJO DE ENLACE ENTRE AMBOS LIGANTES; SEPARAR DICHO COMPLEJO DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION; PONER EN CONTACTO UN REACTIVO DE DISPARO DE LUZ CON DICHO COMPLEJO; Y DETECTAR LA LUZ EMITIDA.
