CONSISTE EN AÑADIR LA SUSTANCIA ACIDA EN ESTADO LIQUIDO O EN DISOLUCION AL COMPUESTO ACTIVO, SU SAL O SU HIDRATO, EN UNA RELACION MOLAR DE 0,001 A 0,5 CON RESPECTO A ESTE Y MEZCLAR INTIMAMENTE A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 15 A 35JC DURANTE UN TIEMPO COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 2 Y 30 MINUTOS. LA SUSTANCIA ACIDA PUEDE SER CUALQUIERA DE LOS ACIDOS: FOSFORICO, CLORHIDRICO, CITRICO, TARTARICO, MALICO O FUMARICO. EL INGREDIENTE ACTIVO ES CONOCIDO POR SU ACTIVIDAD CARCINOSTATICA.
