CONSISTE EN: PRECOCER PARCIALMENTE EL PRODUCTO (1) AMASADO, LEUDADO Y CONDIMENTADO, PARA OBTENER UN PRODUCTO PRECOCIDO CON EL DESEADO GRADO DE HUMEDAD, DURANTE UN TIEMPO SUFICIENTE PARA PERMITIR COMPLETAR LA COCCION EN BREVE TIEMPO EN EL MOMENTO DE LA CONSUMICION, TAL COMO ENTRE 6 Y 10 MINUTOS; ESTERILIZAR EL PRODUCTO PRECOCIDO Y LA ENVOLTURA DESTINADA A CONTENERLO; CONFECCIONAR EL PRODUCTO EN LA CITADA ENVOLTURA (2) EN CONDICIONES ASEPTICAS Y TALES QUE CONSERVEN EN EL PRODUCTO EL MENCIONADO GRADO DE HUMEDAD; Y CERRAR HERMETICAMENTE LA ENVOLTURA (2).
