Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för att öka grovheten vid ett granu-leringsförfarande, väri används temperaturer pä över 45 °C 5 och som riktar sig mot en blandning av ett vattenlösligt syraadditionssalt av en basförening med dctlig lösningsför-mäga och ett fyllmedel, vilket fyllmedel väljs frän en grupp bestäende av mikrokristallin cellulosa, laktos, kalciumvätefosfat och blandningar av dessa, k ä n n n e -10 tecknatav att i blandningen tillsätts före granule-ringen en basisk förening, vars vattenlöslighet är ätmins-tone 2 milligram/milliliter, sä att nämnda basiska förening är närvarande i en mängd motsvarande ca 0,5 - ca 10 procent beräknat pä granuleringsblandningens torrvikt. 15
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e- tecknat av att nämnda basiska förenings vattenlöslighet är ätminstone 4 milligram/milliliter.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, k ä n n e-tecknat av att nämnda basiska förening är närvaran- 20 de i en mängd motsvarande ca 1 - ca 5 viktprocent av gra-nuleringsblandningen.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat av att nämnda basiska förening är ett stabiliseringsämne, som väljs frän en grupp bestäende • 25 av natriumbikarbonat, ammoniumkarbonat, natriumcitrat, tväbasisk natriumfosfat, vattenfri tväbasisk natriumbifos-fat, diammoniumvätefosfat, natriumpyrofosfat och blandningar av dessa.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, 30 kännetecknat av att nämnda basförening med dalig lösningsförmäga väljs frän en grupp bestäende av apomorfin, klorpromazin, imipramin, prometazin och mianserin. »
6. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 5, kanne-35 tecknat av att nämnda basiska basförening med dalig lösningsförmäga är mianserin. 104361

Användning av en basisk förening, vars vatten-löslighet är ätminstone 2 milligram/milliliter, som ett stabiliseringsämne i en högtemperatur-granuleringsprocess, som riktar sig mot en komposition innehällande en bland-5 ning av ett vattenlösligt syraadditionssalt av en basfö-rening med dälig lösningsförmäga och ett fyllmedel, vilket fyllmedel väljs frän en grupp bestäende av mikrokristallin cellulosa, laktos, kalciumvätefosfat och blandningar av dessa.
8. Användning enligt patentkrav 7, k ä n n e- tecknad av att nämnda basiska förening är ett stabiliseringsämne som väljs frän en grupp bestäende av nat-riumbikarbonat, ammoniumkarbonat, natriumcitrat, tväbasisk natriumfosfat, vattenfri tväbasisk natriumbifosfat, diam- 15 moniumvätefosfat, natriumpyrofosfat och blandningar av dessa.
9. Användning enligt patentkrav 7 eller 8, k ä n-netecknad av att av nämnda basiska förening an-vänds för stabilisering av kompositionen under granulerin- 20 gen i en mängd som är ca 0,5 - ca 10 viktprocent av den torra kemiska kompositionen, företrädesvis ca 1 - ca 5 viktprocent av den torra kemiska kompositionen.
10. Användning enligt nägot av patentkraven 7-9, kännetecknad av att nämnda basförening med 25 dälig lösningsförmäga väljs frän en grupp bestäende av t« apomorfin, klorpromazin, imipramin, prometazin och mianserin, och företrädesvis är nämnda basförening med dälig lösningsförmäga mianserin. * ► i
