Abstract

L'invention concerne un médicament en particules selon la demande principale, sous forme de pastilles ou de granulés friables et dispersibles dans un courant d'air. Les pastilles et granulés selon l'invention sont essentiellement caracterisés en ce qu'ils présentent des valeurs données de transmission de charge C et de retard de réponse D à cette transmission, les particules élémentaires renfermant en outre une teneur contrôlée en humidité, moyennant quoi les pastilles et granulés sont dispersibles dans un courant d'air en vue de l'inhalation par le patient. Application au soin de troubles allergiques des voies respiratoires.
