Abstract

Composition antibiotique solide renfermant du dichlorhy-drate de l'acide 7 beta -Ø2-(2-imino-4-thiazolin-4-yl) acétamidoõ-3-Ø1-Ø2-N,N-diméthylamino) éthylõ-1H-tétrazol-5-ylõ thiométhyl-3-céphème-4-carboxylique, ou son hydrate, et un sel de l'acide carbonique pharmaceutiquement acceptable, qui est rapidement transformée en solutions injectables par addition d'un solvant, lesquelles solutions montrent une activité antibactérienne élevée en donnant moins de réactions locales, quand elles sont injectées. Utilisation de ces compositions antibiotiques pour traiter des maladies infectieuses ou bien pour désinfecter les instruments chirurgicaux et les salles d'hôpitaux.
