Abstract

Un tel coffre de repos, pour les pâtons, en boulangerie, incorpore une série de balancelles à plateau 3 suspendues sur incorpore une série de balancelles à plateau 3 suspendues sur des chaînes latérales 5 sans fin, décrivant un parcours quadrangulaire et pouvant être mises en translation afin d'amener successivement chaque plateau à niveau de travail dans l'ouverture d'un décrochement supérieur 2 de l'avancée 1 du coffre. Le dessus de ce coffre est, en outre, adapté pour supporter une façonneuse F à bonne hauteur d'utilisation. La présente invention trouve son utilisation notamment dans les petites ou moyennes boulangeries, à proximité de la sortie de la peseuse-découpeuse de pâtons, avant l'opération de façonnage de ceux-ci.
