Abstract

Dispositif de support d'outil préréglable pour montage sur machine-outil. Ce dispositif permet de prérégler un outil sur son support en dehors de la machine-outil, de le monter facilement et rapidement sur la machine sans qu'il soit nécessaire de régler l'outil sur celle-ci. Ce dispositif comprend généralement un organe de base 12 muni d'un moyen permettant de fixer d'une façon semi-permanente l'organe de base sur la machine-outil, un moyen de mise en place ayant de préférence la forme de surfaces nervurées complémentaires 22 et 24 en contact l'une de l'autre lorsque le support d'outil est lui-même mis en contact de l'organe de base de façon à positionner l'un par rapport à l'autre le long de deux axes principaux tout en permettant un mouvement relatif entre eux le long d'un troisième axe principal, un moyen de butée 50 pour positionner le support d'outil par rapport à l'organe de base dans une position prédéterminée le long du troisième axe, et un moyen de blocage 66 déverrouillable pour bloquer le support d'outil sur l'organe de base dans la position prédéterminée. Application aux machines-outils et plus particulièrement aux machines-outils à outil rotatif.
