Abstract

L'invention concerne une pommade topique pour le traitement de troubles dermatologiques. Selon l'invention, elle comprend une quantité efficace pour traiter ces troubles, d'un 17-mono-ou 17-21-diester de la bétaméthasone acceptable en dermatologie dans une base non aqueuse solvant dans l'huile qui est miscible à l'eau, cette base comprenant en poids : - 1-3 % de monostéarate de propylène glycol; - 0-7 % de cire jaune ou blanche, et - 70-90 % de petrolatum. L'invention s'applique notamment au traitement des troubles tels que les dermites, le psoriasis, l'eczéma et analogues.
