Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouveaux polypeptides et des procédés pour leur synthèse. Il s'agit des composés de séquence : X-Gln-Gly-Y dans laquelle Y représente -Ser-Asn et X représente Ser-, Lys-Ser-, Ala-Lys-Ser-, Glx-Ala-Lys-Ser-; Glx représentant Py-roGlu ou Gln; et lorsque X représente Glx-Ala-Lys-Ser-, Y peut représenter en outre -Ser; ainsi que leurs dérivés comportant 1 ou 2 acides aminés modifiés, à l'exception du composé PyroGlu-Ala-Lys-Ser-Gln-Gly-Gly-Ser-Asn non modifié. Ces polypeptides sont utiles comme médicaments.
