Abstract

Procédé et réactif pour la détermination de l'activité biologique de l'héparine dans le plasma par addition de thrombine ou du facteur Xa en tant qu'enzyme protéolytique et d'un substrat chromogène de cette dernière et dosage du colorant libéré à partir du substrat chromogène. La mesure est effectuée sans adjonction d'antithrombine III. Le procédé selon l'invention permet une mesure indépendante de la quantité d'antithrombine III contenue dans le plasma soumis à la mesure.
