Abstract

Complexe chitosane-glucane obtenu à partir de micro-organismes et d'animaux contenant de la chitine. Ce complexe peut être préparé en soumettant les filaments de champignons provenant de certaines espèces telles que Allomyces, Aspergillus, Penicillium, Mucor, Phycomyces, Choanephora et Zygorrhynchus et des champignons similaires à une solution aqueuse concentrée d'alcali fort à l'ébullition pendant 4 à 6 heures, produisant la désacétylation de la chitine. Le complexe chitosane-glucane convient pour de nombreuses utilisations notamment pour la fixation d'ions métalliques de transition, pour des réactions de floculation pour la chromatographie, etc
