Abstract

Procédé de fonctionnement d’un système de fusion laser sur lit de poudre lors duquel au moins une couche de poudre est étalée à l’aide d’un racleur (17) et au moins un son émis par ledit système est capté lors de l’étalement, dans lequel ledit son capté (25) est comparé à d’autres sons d’une base de données (27) comportant des sons normaux de référence émis lors d’un fonctionnement normal dudit système et des sons anormaux de référence émis lors d’un dysfonctionnement de l’étalement de la couche de poudre, de façon à déterminer si ledit son correspond à un son normal ou à un son anormal Figure de l’abrégé : Figure 2
