Abstract
L’invention concerne un dispositif d’administration sous-cutanée d’un médicament, comprenant une aiguille d’injection (34) configurée pour recevoir le médicament provenant d’une cartouche à travers un tube flexible (36) et pour injecter le médicament à un patient, et un mécanisme de déplacement d’aiguille d’injection (60) configuré pour déplacer l’aiguille d’injection (34) entre une position de repos dans laquelle elle est entièrement disposée à l’intérieur du dispositif et une position d’injection dans laquelle elle fait saillie depuis le dispositif. Un tel mécanisme (60) comprend un organe de poussée (63) mobile d’une première position de service dans laquelle l’aiguille d’injection (34) est dans la position de repos à une seconde position de service dans laquelle l’aiguille d’injection (34) est dans la position d’injection, un organe de support (62) pour l’aiguille d’injection (34) mobile entre une première position de fonctionnement dans laquelle l’aiguille d’injection (34) est dans la position de repos et une seconde position de fonctionnement dans laquelle l’aiguille d’injection (34) est dans la position d’injection. L’organe de support (62) comprend, sur une surface latérale extérieure (62a) de celui-ci, une partie de couplage couplée au tube flexible (36). Le mécanisme (60) comprend en outre un premier ressort de compression (65) associé à l’organe de poussée (63) et configuré pour pousser l’organe de poussée (63) de la première position de service à la seconde position de service et un second ressort de compression (64) associé à une surface intérieure (62b) de l’organe de support (62) et configuré pour pousser l’organe de support (62) de la seconde position de fonctionnement à la première position de fonctionnement. Les deux ressorts (64, 65) s’étendent le long d’axes différents (C, D). Le mécanisme (60) présente une première configuration de fonctionnement dans laquelle l’organe de poussée (63) est couplé à l’organe de support (62) et le premier ressort (65) déplace l’organe de poussée (63) de la première position de service à la seconde position de service et l’organe de support (62) de la première position de fonctionnement à la seconde position de fonctionnement en chargeant le second ressort (64), et une seconde configuration de fonctionnement dans laquelle l’organe de poussée (63) est découplé de l’organe de support (62) et le second ressort (64) déplace l’organe de support (62) de la seconde position de fonctionnement à la première position de fonctionnement.
