Abstract

Procédé de refroidissement d’un récipient fabriqué par étirage-soufflage La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un récipient par étirage soufflage, comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes de : - placement d’une préforme (9) préalablement chauffée dans un moule de soufflage (4) présentant, en position de fermeture, une cavité de moulage (7) formant l’empreinte du récipient à souffler ; - fermeture dudit moule de soufflage (4) ; - soufflage de ladite préforme (9) dans le moule de soufflage (4) par l’intermédiaire d’une tuyère de soufflage (21) par l’introduction d’un air sous haute pression P dans ladite préforme (9) et, de manière sensiblement simultanée, une étape d’étirage de ladite préforme (9) par insertion d’une tige d’étirage (5) à l’intérieur de ladite préforme (9) en prenant appui contre le fond (14) de ladite préforme (9) de manière à faciliter l’allongement axial de cette dernière ; - refroidissement de l’intérieur dudit récipient ainsi formé par projection d’air par l’intermédiaire de ladite tige d’étirage (5) simultanément ou postérieurement au dégazage du récipient ; - remontée de ladite tige d’étirage (5) ; - extraction dudit récipient soufflé par ouverture dudit moule de soufflage (4) ; Ledit procédé est remarquable en ce que l’étape de refroidissement est réalisée par l’intermédiaire d’une tige d’étirage (5) comportant une cavité intérieure (16) et au moins un orifice (17) communiquant avec la cavité intérieure (16), l’air sous haute pression P introduit dans la préforme (9) lors de l’étape de soufflage étant stocké dans la cavité intérieure (16) de la tige d’étirage (5) puis ledit air sous haute pression P s’échappant de l’orifice (17) de la tige d’étirage (5) pour refroidir le récipient jusqu’à ce que la pression dans la cavité intérieure (16) de la tige d’étirage (5) soit sensiblement égale à pression atmosphérique Pa de l’air dans le récipient après le dégazage du récipient.
