Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’un panneau acoustique (24’) pour un ensemble propulsif (10) d’aéronef, ce panneau comportant des première et seconde peaux (26, 30) et une couche alvéolaire (28) intercalée entre les première et seconde peaux (26, 30), la première peau (26) étant acoustiquement perméable et la couche alvéolaire (28) comportant des alvéoles (32) en communication fluidique avec des perforations (34) de la première peau (26), chacune de ces alvéoles (32) comportant un puits central (38) entouré par des parois périphériques (36) de l’alvéole (32), le procédé comprenant une étape de fabrication de la couche alvéolaire (28) et une étape d’assemblage du panneau (24’), caractérisé en ce que l’étape de fabrication de la couche alvéolaire (28) comprend la préparation d’une feuille (50), et le pliage de cette feuille (50) de façon à former l’alvéole (32) ainsi que son puits (38), ou à former les alvéoles (32) ainsi que leurs puits (38).
