Abstract

Η περιγραφόμενη μέ?οδος επιτρέπει την παραγωγή συν?ετικών δερμάτων αιγάγρου εντελώς ομοίων με τα φυσικά δέρματα. Η μέ?οδος συνίσταται στο ξεκίνημα από οποιοδήποτε φύλλου γνωστού συν?ετικού υλικού του τύπου που σχηματίζεται από μια πορώδη συγκρατούσα μάζα πολυουρε?άνης η οποία έχει συν?ετικές ίνες έν?ετες σ' αυτό και ένα επικαλυπτικό εξωτερικό στρώμα από συμπαγή πολυουρε?άνη ρητίνη που εφαρμόζει στην μια πλευρά της συγκρατούσας μάζας, και στο διαχωρισμό του σε στρώματα, το πρώτο πανομοιότυπο με το αρχικό υλικό, δηλαδή εξοπλισμένο με την συγκρατούσα μάζα και το επικαλυπτικό στρώμα, αλλά λεπτότερο και το δεύτερο αποτελούμενο μόνο από την συγκρατούσα μάζα. Στην συνέχεια, το δεύτερο φύλλο υπόκειται μετά την λείανση σε εργασία βαφής η οποία εκτελείται με την τεχνολογία που χρησιμοποιείται στα υφάσματα, ακολου?ουμένη από μια φάση δίπλωσης επίσης τυπική στην κατεργασία των υφασμάτων και από πι?ανό τύπωμα και φάσεις αναλείανσης. ω
