Claims (14)

  1. Substrat portant un dessin, comprenant un premier dessin métallique recouvrant le substrat, qui comprend une matière résineuse polymère renfermant un colorant capable de fluorescence, ce colorant ayant la structure chimique représentée par l'une des formules 1) et 2) dans lesquelles Y représente SO₃G (G est un cation de métal alcalin) ou H, R₁ et R₂ représentent chacun individuellement un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe méthyle ou éthyle, et R₃ représente un groupe alkyle inférieur, p-tolyle, xylyle, ou un atome d'hydrogène, et Z⁻ représente Cl⁻, Br⁻, I⁻, NO₃⁻ ou un groupe p-toluènesulfonate, ce substrat comprenant un milieu de dispersion de la lumière, CARACTERISE EN CE QUE ledit substrat possède un second dessin métallique sur la face du substrat opposée à celle dudit premier dessin métallique recouvrant le substrat, ledit substrat a une épaisseur inférieure à 1,25 mm, ledit substrat comprenant des particules de matière du groupe constitué par l'oxyde de titane, le carbonate de calcium, le sulfate de baryum et l'oxyde de zinc, ledit colorant étant réparti dans les régions du substrat situées au-dessous desdits dessins métalliques.
  2. Substrat portant un dessin selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit milieu de dispersion de la lumière comprend du dioxyde de titane.
  3. Substrat portant un dessin selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit substrat comprend une résine époxy durcie.
  4. Substrat portant un dessin selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ledit colorant est lié chimiquement audit substrat.
  5. Substrat portant un dessin selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit milieu de dispersion de la lumière comprend du dioxyde de titane.
  6. Substrat portant un dessin selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit métal comprend du cuivre.
  7. Substrat portant un dessin selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit colorant nommé (1) est employé lorsque R₁, R₂ et R₃ représentent des atomes d'hydrogène et lorsque ledit colorant est mis à réagir avec de l'éther diglycidylique de bisphénol A.
  8. Procédé de détection de défauts dans un substrat selon la revendication 1, comprenant les étapes qui consistent à éclairer ledit substrat avec une source de rayonnement électromagnétique convenable pour produire une dispersion du rayonnement dans le substrat et produire une fluorescence dans le colorant, à détecter la fluorescence résultante à partir de ce substrat et à faire subir audit substrat les traitements appropriés sur la base de cette détection.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ledit milieu de dispersion comprend du dioxyde de titane.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ledit substrat comprend une résine époxy durcie.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel ledit colorant est lié chimiquement audit substrat.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel ledit milieu de dispersion comprend du dioxyde de titane.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel ledit métal comprend du cuivre.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ledit colorant nommé (1) est employé lorsque R₁, R₂ et R₃ représentent des atomes d'hydrogène et lorsque ledit colorant est mis à réagir avec de l'éther diglycidylique de bisphénol A.
