Claims (7)

1. Procédé pour former un connecteur ayant des contacts espacés à des surfaces d'un corps élastomère, les contacts étant interconnectés en paires ou groupes par des branches conductrices, caractérisé par la formation de branches conductrices (2) sur une feuille (1, 10) d'une matière élastomère, pliage de la feuille (1, 10) sensiblement à la façon d'un U, les branches conductrices (2, 15) étant extérieures au pli pour présenter des parties opposées de la feuille (1, 10) s'étendant à partir du pli, avec les branches conductrices (2, 15) s'étendant à partir du pli le long de surfaces distales de parties opposées de la feuille et autour du pli, et la liaison des surfaces proximales des parties opposées à l'intérieur du corps élastomère.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la feuille élastomère (1, 10) est formée d'une matière thermoplastique et les parties opposées de la feuille sont liées par fusion.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel le corps élastomère comprend uniquement ladite feuille (1), les parties opposées (3) de la feuille étant liées directement l'une à l'autre.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel le corps élastomère comprend un autre élément élastomère (12), la feuille (10) étant pliée autour de l'élément (12) et les parties opposées de la feuille étant liées à l'élément (12).
5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la feuille (10) de matière élastomère est pliée dans une gorge (11) de moule de forme en U, les branches conductrices faisant face à la gorge (11) et le corps (12) de matière élastomère est poussé vers l'intérieur de la gorge (11) contre la feuille (10) et entre les parties opposées de la feuille, la feuille (10) et le corps (12) étant ensuite chauffés sous la pression les poussant jusqu'à ce que la fusion de la feuille thermoplastique (10) soit réalisée, la feuille étant ensuite refroidie à un état de prise avant l'élimination de la pression et le retrait de la gorge (11) du moule.
6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps (12) de matière élastomère est de même nature thermoplastique que la feuille (10).
7. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps (12) de matière élastomère est poussé vers l'intérieur de la gorge (11) du moule par un poinçon (13) de largeur inférieure à celle de la gorge (11) de forme en U, le poinçon (13) pouvant coulisser dans un guide (14) recouvrant les côtés de la gorge ( 1 1
