Claims (7)
- Métal d'apport pour braser des articles à base de titane, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par une portion centrale à base de titane et par des couches adjacentes, dans lequel une couche de cuivre est adjacente à chaque côté de la portion centrale à base de titane et une couche de nickel est adjacente aux couches de cuivre, et le métal d'apport est constitué par, en pour cent en poids, 24-30 Ni, 15-21 Cu, le reste étant Ti ou un alliage à base de Ti.
- Metal d'apport selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pourcentage en poids du nickel se situe entre 1,2 et 1,85 X le pourcentage en poids de celui du cuivre.
- Métal d'apport de brasage constitué par du nickel, du cuivre et du titane, caractérisé en ce que la teneur combinée en nickel et en cuivre se situe entre 39 et 41 pour cent en poids, et le pourcentage en poids du nickel est supérieur au pourcentage en poids du cuivre, et le métal d'apport est constitué par une portion centrale à base de titane et par des couches adjacentes de cuivre et de nickel.
- Procédé pour braser au moins deux articles métalliques, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à procurer un métal d'apport constitué par, en pour cent en poids, Ti, 24-30 Ni, 15-21 Cu entre ou en position adjacente aux articles à braser, pour obtenir un assemblage brasé; chauffer l'assemblage à une température pour provoquer la fusion du métal d'apport et refroidir l'assemblage, dans lequel le métal d'apport est constitué essentiellement par une portion centrale à base de titane et par des couches adjacentes, dans lequel une couche de cuivre est adjacente à chaque côté de la portion centrale de titane et une couche de nickel est adjacente aux couches de cuivre.
- Article brasé formé par le procédé selon la revendication 4.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les deux articles mentionnés sont à base de titane.
- Procédé selon al revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits articles sont choisis parmi le groupe comprenant des alliages à base de titane, de nickel, de cobalt et de fer.
