Claims (17)
- Elément de renforcement hautement orienté à base de résine (10) qui contient une résine hautement orientée en tant que composant principal et qui présente une variation continue de la distribution en coupe du degré d'orientation, dans lequel ledit élément de renforcement (10) se présente sous la forme d'un fil ou d'une tige solide caractérisée en ce que le degré d'orientation diminue depuis son centre (11) jusqu'à sa périphérie (12).
- Elément de renforcement hautement orienté à base de résine (10) qui contient une résine hautement orientée en tant que composant principal et qui présente une variation continue de la distribution en coupe du degré d'orientation, dans lequel ledit élément de renforcement (10) se présente sous la forme d'un tube creux ou évidé caractérisé en ce que le degré d'orientation diminue depuis la surface interne de la partie solide dudit tube jusqu'à sa surface externe.
- Elément de renforcement hautement orienté à base de résine (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ladite résine hautement orientée est au moins un élément sélectionné parmi le groupe constitué par un polyéthylène de poids moléculaire ultra-élevé, un téréphthalate de polyéthylène, un polyoxyméthylène, un polyester complètement aromatique, un polyester aromatique-aliphatique, un polyester-amide aromatique, un polyester-amide aromatique-aliphatique et un carbonate de polyester aromatique.
- Elément de renforcement hautement orienté à base de résine (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 qui est constitué par un matériau de coeur hautement orienté à base de résine et par au moins une couche de résine moins orientée qui fait corps avec la surface dudit matériau de coeur, le degré d'orientation dudit matériau de coeur diminuant progressivement depuis son centre jusqu'à sa périphérie.
- Elément de renforcement hautement orienté à base de résine (10) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'épaisseur de ladite couche de surface de la résine moins orientée s'inscrit dans une plage qui va de 5 à 50 % de l'épaisseur du matériau de coeur.
- Elément de renforcement hautement orienté à base de résine (10) selon la revendication 2, qui est constitué par un tube hautement orienté à base de résine et par au moins une couche de résine moins orientée qui fait corps avec la surface dudit tube, le degré d'orientation de la partie solide dudit tube diminuant depuis sa surface interne jusqu'à la surface externe.
- Elément de renforcement hautement orienté à base de résine (10) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'épaisseur de ladite couche de résine moins orientée s'inscrit dans une plage qui va de 5 à 50 % de l'épaisseur dudit matériau de résine hautement orientée.
- Elément de renforcement hautement orienté à base de résine (10) selon la revendication 2, qui se présente sous la forme d'un tube creux ou évidé et qui présente un degré maximal d'orientation dans le centre de sa partie solide.
- Elément de renforcement hautement orienté à base de résine (10) selon la revendication 8, dans lequel au moins une couche de résine moins orientée constitue soit la surface interne, soit la surface externe, soit les deux surfaces dudit tube creux ou évidé.
- Elément de renforcement hautement orienté à base de résine (10) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel ladite résine moins orientée est au moins un élément sélectionné parmi le groupe constitué par une résine polyuréthane, une résine polyoléfine, une résine polyamide, une résine polystyrène et une résine durcissable par rayonnement ultraviolet.
- Elément de renforcement hautement orienté à base de résine (10) selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans lequel l'épaisseur de ladite couche de résine moins orientée s'inscrit dans une plage qui va de 5 à 50 % de l'épaisseur de paroi dudit tube de résine hautement orientée.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de renforcement (10) se présentant sous la forme d'un fil ou d'une tige solide qui contient une résine hautement orientée en tant que composant pricipal et dans laquelle le degré d'orientation diminue depuis son centre jusqu'à la périphérie dudit fil ou de ladite tige solide, ledit procédé utilisant une filière (20) comportant un orifice de moulage (21) qui comprend au moins une buse d'extrusion de résine fondue concentrique comportant une paroi latérale (22), une surface interne et externe et un élément de tige formant prolongement (23) étant disposés le long de l'axe central de ladite buse, caractérisé par l'extrusion d'une résine hautement orientée fondue au travers de ladite buse lorsqu'un lubrifiant est appliqué sur la surface interne de ladite paroi latérale (22) de ladite buse, à l'opposé de l'élément de tige formant prolongement (23), de telle sorte qu'une contrainte de cisaillement appliquée à la résine soit augementée en continu de la périphérie jusqu'au centre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12 qui utilise une filière (20) comportant un orifice de moulage comprenant deux buses d'extrusion de résine fondue concentriques agencées pour former une buse centrale et une buse externe, et une résine hautement orientée et une résine moins orientée étant respectivement extrudées simultanément au travers de la buse centrale et de la buse externe.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de renforcement (33) se présentant sous la forme d'un tube creux ou évidé qui comporte une paroi solide, une surface interne et une surface externe qui contient une résine hautement orientée en tant que composant principal, et dans lequel le degré d'orientation de ladite résine diminue depuis la surface interne de la paroi solide dudit tube jusqu'à la surface externe, ledit procédé utilisant une filière (30) qui comporte un orifice de moulage (34) comprenant une entrée d'alimentation centrale (32) pour un fluide ou pour un article (31) qui doit être renforcé et au moins une buse d'extrusion de résine fondue comportant une paroi latérale, une surface interne et une surface externe étant disposées de manière concentrique par rapport à ladite entrée d'alimentation (32), caractérisé par l'extrusion d'une résine hautement orientée fondue au travers de ladite buse lorsqu'un lubrifiant est appliqué seulement sur la surface externe de la paroi latérale de ladite buse de telle sorte qu'une contrainte de cisaillement appliquée à la résine soit augmentée depuis la surface externe de la buse jusqu'à sa surface interne.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14 qui utilise une filière (30) comprenant deux buses d'extrusion de résine fondue concentriques agencées pour former une buse centrale et une buse externe, une résine hautement orientée et la résine moins orientée étant respectivement extrudées simultanément au travers de la buse centrale et de la buse externe.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de renfor-cement (10) se présentant sous la forme d'un tube évidé ou creux qui comporte une paroi solide, une surface interne et une surface externe qui contient une résine hautement orientée en tant que composant principal, et qui présente le degré le plus élevé d'orientation dans le centre qui se situe entre la surface interne et la surface externe de la paroi solide dudit tube, ledit procédé utilisant une filière (40) comportant un orifice de moulage comprenant une entrée d'alimentation centrale pour un fluide ou pour un article qui doit être renfocé, au moins une buse d'extrusion de résine fondue comportant une paroi latérale, une surface interne et une surface externe étant disposées de manière concentrique par rapport à ladite entrée d'alimentation, et un élément d'application de contrainte de cisaillement (43) qui se présente sous la forme d'un tube creux ou évidé qui est disposé de manière concentrique, une buse d'extrusion de résine hautement orientée étant disposée de manière concentrique à l'intérieur d'une desdites au moins une buse d'extrusion de résine fondue, caractérisé par l'extrusion d'une résine hautement orientée fondue au travers de ladite buse d'extrusion de résine hautement orientée lorsqu'un lubrifiant est appliqué à la fois sur la surface interne et sur la surface externe de ladite buse d'extrusion de résine de telle sorte qu'une contrainte de cisaillement devienne plus élevée au centre, entre la surface interne et la surface externe de ladite paroi solide dudit tube.
- Procédé selon la revendication 16, qui utilise une filière (40) comportant un orifice de moulage comprenant deux desdites buses d'extrusion de résine fondue disposées de manière concentrique et ladite buse d'extrusion de résine hautement orientée disposée de manière concentrique à l'intérieur desdites deux buses d'extrusion de résine fondue, et la résine hautement orientée étant extrudée à partir de ladite buse d'extrusion hautement orientée lorsqu'une résine moins orientée est extrudée simultanément au travers d'au moins l'une des deux buses d'extrusion de résine fondue.
