Claims (2)

  1. Bain de dépôt électrolytique de couches d'or aptes à la fixation ayant une teneur en or supérieure à 99,9 % en poids, contenant l'or sous forme d'auro-(I)-cyanure alcalin ou d'ammonium ainsi que des acides phosphoniques et/ou de l'acide phosphonique ou leurs sels ou dérivés et un composé de bismuth soluble dans l'eau, caractérisé en ce que le bain renferme de 2 à 100g/l d'or, de 0,1 mg/l à 5 g/l de bismuth, de 0 à 25 g/l d'acide phosphonique, leurs sels, leurs esters ou ses produits de substitution simples, et/ou de 0 à 250 g/l d'acide phosphonique ou de ses sels, dans lequel la somme des teneurs en composés acides phosphoniques et des phosphates doit s'élever au moins à 5 g/l et dans lequel le bain possède une valeur de pH allant de 7,5 à 10.
  2. Bain selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il renferme des acides phosphoniques ou leurs sels ou leurs esters qui possèdent au moins deux groupes de la forme         - PO(OH)₂ lesquels sont des éléments d'une chaîne hydrocarbonée aliphatique, simple ou ramifiée, qui peut être interrompue également par un ou plusieurs atomes d'azote.
