Claims (4)

  1. Verwendung von Gamma-Linolensäure oder Dihomo-Gamma-Linolensäure oder von beiden zur Zubereitung eines Medikamentes für die Behandlung von gutartiger Prostata-Hypertrophie, als solche oder in Form von akzeptablen und physiologisch äquivalenten Derivaten, wahlweise mit einer Trägersubstanz oder Verdünnungsmittel
  2. Verwendung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei auch eine oder mehrere der 20 : 4, 22 : 4 und 22 : 5 Säuren der n-6 Serie dem Medikament beigefügt sind.
  3. Verwendung gemaß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei auch eine oder mehrere der 18 : 3, 18 : 4, 20 : 4, 20 : 5, 22 : 5 und 22 : 6 Säuren der n-3 Serie dem Medikament beigefügt sind.
  4. Verwendung gemäß Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei das Medikament eine Menge von der oder jeder Fettsäure umfaßt, die zur Verabreichung von 0.1 mg bis 10 g davon täglich geeingnet ist.
