Claims (11)

  1. Composition de revêtement non aqueuse, comprenant :
    (a) une résine filmogène,
    (b) un liquide organique volatil qui constitue un solvant pour la résine filmogène, et
    (c) au moins une particule polymère composite,
    le rapport pondéral desdites particules polymères composites aux solides de ladite résine filmogène étant de 10:90 à 40:60,
    composition dans laquelle lesdites particules polymères composites comprennent 50 à 90 % en poids d'un polymère primaire (premier étage) et 10 à 50 % en poids d'un polymère secondaire (deuxième étage), sur base du poids total de ladite particule polymère composite,
    ledit polymère primaire est formé d'au moins un monomère à insaturation éthylénique, est insoluble dans ladite résine filmogène et ledit liquide organique volatil et a une température de transition vitreuse inférieure à la température de transition vitreuse dudit polymère secondaire, et
    dans laquelle ledit polymère secondaire est formé d'au moins un monomère à insaturation éthylénique et a une température de transition vitreuse supérieure à 40°C.
  2. Composition de revêtement non aqueuse selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit polymère secondaire contient une fonctionnalité hydroxy.
  3. Composition de revêtement non aqueuse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle ladite résine filmogène est une résine alkyde, une résine de polyester, une résine de polyuréthanne, une résine époxy, une résine mélanine, un résine d'urée, une résine d'isocyanate ou une résine en solution acrylique.
  4. Composition de revêtement non aqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit liquide organique volatil, qui constitue un solvant pour ladite résine filmogène, est un hydrocarbure aromatique, un hydrocarbure aliphatique, un ester, une cétone ou un alcool.
  5. Composition de revêtement non aqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle lesdites particules polymères composites ont été isolées sous forme de poudre sèche.
  6. Composition de revêtement non aqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle lesdites particules polymères composites sont isolées par lyophilisation, coagulation et séchage ultérieur, de préférence par séchage par pulvérisation, séchage par congélation, séchage sur plateau ou séchage au tambour rotatif.
  7. Composition de revêtement non aqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la taille des particules polymères composites se situe dans la plage de 100 à 550 nm, de préférence de 250 à 500 nm.
  8. Composition de revêtement non aqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le rapport pondéral des particules polymères composites aux solides de ladite résine filmogène se situe dans la plage de 20:80 à 35:65; et/ou lesdites particules polymères composites comprennent 65 à 85 % en poids d'un polymère primaire et 15 à 35 % en poids d'un polymère secondaire, sur la base du poids total de la particule polymère composite; et/ou le polymère primaire a une température de transition vitreuse inférieure à 0°C.
  9. Procédé d'amélioration du temps de séchage d'une composition de revêtement non aqueuse consistant à incorporer à ladite composition des particules polymères composites telles que définies dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  10. Revêtement formé à partir de la composition non aqueuse telle définie dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
  11. Utilisation des particules polymères composites telles que définies dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 pour améliorer le temps de séchage de la composition de revêtement non aqueuse.
