Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Isolierung gegen Wasser, insbesondere gegen Niederschlagwasser, Feuchtigkeit und Wasser bei Bruecken, bauwerklichen Deckenplatten, Bauwerken, unter dem Terrainniveau realisierten Bauobjekten. Ziel der Erfindung ist die Bereitstellung eines Verfahrens fuer die Herstellung von den Bewegungen der zu isolierten Oberflaeche elastisch nachkommenden, mit langer Lebensdauer gekennzeichneten Isoliersystemen. Erfindungsgemaess wird auf die zu isolierende Oberflaeche ausrichtender Stoff, darauf als Folie oder Platte ausgebildeter selbstklebender Isolierstoff oder mit einem Klebstoff versehene polymerisierte Folie, darauf eine mechanischen Schutz sichernde Schutzschicht und darauf eine Asphaltschicht angebracht. Als Isolierstoff wird eine Platte angewendet, deren Dicke 0,6 bis 3mm, Zugfestigkeit mindestens 120 kp/cm hoch 2, Zerreissdehnung mindestens 250% und Einreissfestigkeit mindestens 40 kp/cm betraegt. Als ausrichtender Stoff wird eine Bitumen enthaltende Emulsion angewandt, deren Trockensubstanzgehalt mindestens 50 Gew.-% und Auflaufzeit, messend bei einer Temperatur von 25 Grad C mittels eines Becherglases vom Ford-4-Typ, mindestens 16 Min. betraegt.
