Abstract
Die Erfindung beinhaltet eine Vorrichtung zum Steuern der Gasstroeme in einer Druckwechseladsorptionsanlage, welche zum adsorptiven Trennen von Gasgemischen dient und bevorzugt zum Gewinnen von Sauerstoff oder Stickstoff aus der Luft angewendet wird. Die Druckwechseladsorptionsanlage weist eine Gruppe von Adsorbern auf. Der Adsorbergruppe ist jeweils an der Seite des Gaseinlasses und Gasauslasses ein gemeinsamer Ventilblock zugeordnet, der ueber Adsorbergasleitungen mit jedem Adsorber verbunden ist. In beiden Ventilbloecken sind in den Adsorbergasleitungen pneumatische Adsorberventile angeordnet. Die bei einem Arbeitstakt wirksamen, in beiden Ventilbloecken angeordneten Adsorberventile stehen ueber eine Steuergasleitung mit einem gemeinsamen Steuerventil in Verbindung. Damit werden jene Adsorberventile in beiden Ventilbloecken, die einen Adsorptionsprozess in einem Adsorber, einen Desorptionsprozess in einem anderen Adsorber und gegebenenfalls einen Spuel- und/oder Bespannungsvorgang in weiteren Adsorbern ermoeglichen, von einem gemeinsamen Steuerventil betaetigt.
