HOE 76/F 065 PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF DISPERSIBLE DISPERSION POWDERS of the disclosure: Dispersion powders having excellent properties for the production of synthetic resin-bound plasters in dry form are obtained by polymerizing vinyl acetate with other olefinically unsaturated monomers in the presence of an ionic emulsifier, a non-ionic emulsifier and at least one polyvinyl alcohol and spray drying the copolymer dispersion in a spray tower with simultaneous introduction of an anti-caking agent to obtain a fine powder.
