Abstract
Composti di formula I in cui Z è un gruppo osso o due atomi di idrogeno;X e Y sono scelti indipendentemente da idrogeno, alogeno, ossidrile, alcossi inferiore, benzilossi, alchile inferiore, cicloalchile inferiore, nitro, ammino, amminocarbonile, (alchile inferiore)-ammino, di (alchile inferiore)-ammino e (alcanoil inferiore)-ammino;R1 è scelto da (a), (b), (c), (d) in cui P vale 0 o l; n vale 1, 2 o 3; e R2 è idrogeno, alchile inferiore, (C3-8)-cicloalchile, (C3-8)-cicloalchil-(C1-2)-alchile o un gruppo (CH2)tR3 in cui t vale 1 o 2 e R3 è tienile, pirrolile o furile eventualmente ulteriormente sostituito con un o due sostituenti scelti da alchile inferiore, alcossi inferiore, trifluorometile o alogeno, oppure è fenile eventualmente sostituito da uno o due sostituenti scelti da (C1-4)-alcossi, trufluorometile, alogeno, nitro, carbossi, carbossi esterificato e (C1-4)-alchile eventualmente sostituito da idrossi, (C1-4)-alcossi, carbossi, carbossi esterificato oppure acilossi idrolizzabile in vivo.
