Abstract

L'acido tauroursodesossicolico ed i suoi derivati farmaceuticamente accettabili sono utili nella terapia di malattie e disfunzioni epatiche.Per la preparazione di quest'acido si procede alla coniugazione tra un'anidride mista dell'acido ursodesossicolico e metiltaurina, liberando poi l'acido mediante percolazione su due colonne rispettivamente contenenti una resina cationica forte in forma H ed una resina in forma anionica devole in forma OH.
