Abstract
Composto di formula (I)In cui: R1 e R2 sono indipendentemente idrogeno o alchile inferiore, o, quando presi sono cicloalchile contenente da 3 a 8 atomi di carbonio,R3 è idrogeno, alogeno, fluoroalchile inferiore, ciano o nitro,R4 è un gruppo di formula (II) (III) (IV)R5 e R6 sono indipendentemente idrogeno o alchile inferiore e R7 è - NR8 R9, in cui:R8 è Idrogeno, alchile inferiore, alcossi inferiore, idrossi, o idrossialchile inferiore, e R10 è idrogeno, alchile inferiore, idrossi alchile inferiore, SO2R10-CO2R10;-C(O)NR11R12; -C(S)N11R12; o -C(O)R21; in cui R10 è alchile inferiore,R11 è idrogeno o alchile inferiore, e R12 è idrogeno, alchile inferiore o fluoro-alchile inferiore,con la clausola che R8 e R9 nono possono essere idrogeno entrambi, e i loro sali farmaceuticamente accettabili. I composti e i sali presentano utili proprietà farmacologiche, comprese proprietà attivanti il canale del potassio e proprietà di inibizione della 5-lipossigenasi, e in particolare sono utili come rilassanti del muscolo liscio e broncodilatatori.
