Abstract
Metodo per riparare i1 rotore che presenti criccatura dell'estremità del dente in un turbogeneratore, in cui dopo la rimozione del rotore dallo statore e degli esistenti anelli di ritenuta, l'avvolgimento viene protetto con adatti materiali di copertura, compresa la sigillatura del complesso con paraffina, l'intera area di montaggio a caldo viene lavorata a secco per conferirle una geometria ottimale, l'area lavorata viene privata delle sbavature e, dopo la rimozione delle sbavature, della copertura e del materiale di sigillatura, vengono montati nuovi anelli di ritenuta. Il vantaggio principale è la possibilità di attuare il metodo sul posto.
