Abstract

Sistema di cottura comprendente una zona di cottura (1) con attuatori (2) regolabili per variare rispettivi parametri che determinano un processo di cottura di un alimento. Una telecamera (3) esplora la zona di cottura (1) e pilota un elaboratore (5) con informazioni sulle condizioni operative della zona di cottura (1). L'elaboratore (5) è associato a una memoria (7) con programmi di cottura tipici costituiti ciascuno da una diversa combinazione di parametri. In risposta alle informazioni ricevute, l'elaboratore (5) selezione il più adatto dei programmi di cottura memorizzati e ne compara i parametri con le corrispondenti informazioni ricevute dalla telecamera (3) per pilotare gli attuatori (2) con rispettivi segnali di errore. Il processo di cottura è regolato in modo completamente automatico in funzione delle effettive condizioni dell'alimento.
